5 minutes of easy to follow, gentle, core exercises for seniors!
Here is a gentle core workout that goes for 5 minutes, going through 4 exercises for the core. It's good for those of you who have trouble getting up/down off the floor, have a little trouble with your balance and just prefer to do exercises seated in a chair.
Getting a strong core is not just about strengthening the superficial muscles of the core (what most people refer to as a 6 pack). It's about focusing on strengthening the deeper muscles of the core so we can move with ease and decrease pain!
