In this workout we work our lower and upper body which will help to keep you strong, make sure you're moving well and also improve that posture!!
Today's workout:
Warm Up - 30 seconds
Hip Abductions - x 10 each leg
Hip Extensions - X 10 each leg
Bent over rows (single arm) x 10 each arm
Calf Raises - x 10
Heel Raises - x 5
Thoracic Opener Stretch - 2 x 5 seconds
Seated rows x 5
