WHAT TO DO IF I FALL // HOW TO GET UP OFF THE FLOOR
I've created this video so you all know how to get up off the floor safely and in the most efficient way possible in case you need to (I.E you've fallen).
We obviously want to do what we can to prevent falls as much as possible. That is by getting into good physical shape and putting fall prevention measures in place, if need be.
But we still want to live our life and ANYONE can have a fall.
Share this video to anyone you feel may benefit from it.
Again... Remember, life is meant to be lived, so once you have a few measures in place, get out there and live it. :)
